Hi and welcome to Swanky frog, just thought maybe you would like to know more about us and what/who we are.
Firstly the name. Swanky is an informal English adjective.
The definition of swanky is someone or something that is fancy and stylish and often very expensive.
Well we agree with most of that but believe that it should not be expensive but affordable so have done our bit to try and help our customers dress up without having to take out a loan!!
We came about from too much time lazing around the lily pad during various lockdowns. There have been frogs in Entertainment, in the chocolate business and even some in haute cuisine but no one had tried the fashion business, therefore took the design skills of everyday life, bright colours and wearability together to create Swanky frog.
Hopefully our customers can feel happy, colourful and swanky when dressed in our clothes. We do hope that it brightens up everyone’s day. Thanks for visiting and we hope you hop into shopping and will take time to bookmark us, subscribe and return frequently to see our new collections.
The idea of using the word Frog!
A FROG. The frog is a good-luck symbol for many cultures that depend on rain for rich and bountiful crops. To these folks, a frog can be a sign of prosperous weather to come. Frogs are also considered lucky by a variety of others, who see the amphibian as a symbol of fertility, transformation, and safe travel.
When a lucky frog comes into your life that’s a sign of transformation, and it may well spark many wonderful changes!
